The name of the log file that should be analyzed first should be in the form of "txkADOPPreparePhaseSynchronize_<date>.log"

What could be the possible cause of this?

I also encountered an error, when I was cloning the Patch FS.

If your previous adop abort phase was failed, it is better for you to restart it by using force=yes argument. (force=yes means -> restart it from the beginning)
