It seems your rsp file is missing some info.

You should also specify those groups mentioned in the error messages ..

You have the set the related parameters in that rsp.. This is for 12c..

Something like the following;

oracle.install.db.BACKUPDBA_GROUP=dba
oracle.install.db.DGDBA_GROUP=dba
oracle.install.db.KMDBA_GROUP=dba
..
...
etc...
