HTTP 500 Error Supply Planning Work Area

Hello,

For supply Planning work area you need to setup another weblogic. So I have raised an SR and they have provided me with the document. My weblogic version is 10.3.6 and application is 12.2.9. After successful setup I will say because every thing is up and running Both the adminserver and ascpmanagerserver on which there is application deployment are up. Machine is up datasource is configured correctly. PlanningUI.ear file is correct means they are active and health is ok. But when I open that page it shows me http 500 error. Now may be something is wrong but How can I know what is the problem. Even the SR has raised there hands and they prolonging the issue because they don't a thing about it. Can I somehow diagnose on my own using some logs when the page is open and shows http 500 what logs should I check?
Because weblogic logs are not thorough.
