1)Tell me what you did/tried exactly? (with all the steps) 

 I have gone to location in Application server $OA_MEDIA directory which i mentioned in the post. In that directory we have logo's directory and in that there are few logo png images which i need to replace with new ones. I tried replacing it but the new image doesnt appear in reports. 

2)What is your EBS version? 

12.2.4 

3)Which reports are you talking about? (custom or standard.. if it is standard , what is the name?, which module?) 

we have custom and standard reports too. module is HRMS and Financial.
