Frame issue in EBS 12.2.5

Hi Erman,
I have installed new 12.2.5 instance and the installation is successful. When i login with sysadmin the next screen shows as attached in the image. I use IE 11. I have followed all recommanded settings change for IE 11 that mentioned in the note ID 389422.1 but still the display issue exists in my 12.2.5 application.
