1)Your display env may not be set correctly. (Check the DISPLAY env variable defined in conc manager start script)

2)X permissions for the above Display, may not be configured correctly. ("xhost + "command)

I will check with IBM team about this Webseal configuration.

As a temporary solution, we have disabled XSS scripting in Internet Explorer - this may lower security in computer browser.

As for the display, someone had killed the display process(vnc) on console server. We had to start it.

In  the error message showing Toolkit error, "connection to peopleconnect refused". peopleconnect is the hostname of the second node(database). Why is connection being made to this node?
I also noticed vnc process running on the database server as applprod user
