EBS forms not working

Hi Erman,

We have an EBS instance (12.1.3). The app is on one node and the database is on second node. We are getting forms error when opening all forms.

Veritas custer is configured. Please find attached the status of services.

Also, pdfs are not generating.

Please advise.
