Hello Erman,

I have checked the access_log files for seeing the unsuccessful logins and the ip address but it doesn't show me all like when i checked the file it showing me only one user with errCode=FND_APPL_LOGIN_FAILED i mean a lot of rows but only of one user. For checking purpose I have checked it in fnd_unsuccessful_logins table which shows me correct username but in access_log file I am unable to find that username and ip address.

You were of great help and I am getting closer to what I want to achieve.
