I think it s written wrongly there.

For R12 users with forms in socket(wrong) mode "THIS SEEMS TO BE WRONG SHOULD BE ---SERVLET MODE----!!"
-  There should be a file for each forms process, and the name is like
   Servlet_RTI.log_<pid>

For R12 users with forms in socket mode
- There should be a file for each forms process, and the name is like  
  em_<pid>.rti
