 Again,need your support. Apps version R12.2.5 DB version 12.1.0.2 We have submitted a custom report and it is running since 2 days.Status is acive and no plan is captured is sqlmonitor..might be the plan is very big crossing 300 lines. 		There are cases for this type of a session hang.
 For example this one -> After Activation Of DEFAULT_MAINTENANCE_PLAN User Sessions Are Stalled On "Resmgr:Cpu Quantum" (Doc ID 1952762.1) Why is it active? Are you in maintence windows? I guess not.. Check accordingly and consider disabling the resource plan.
