Dear Erman,

We need your expertise in this case.

We have 2 things to done

1)Upgrade the existing AD/TXK delta from 7 to 10
2)Apply Apr2019 PSU to 12.1.0.2 database

Which sequence would be better to carry out?
 and

Before applying any PSU to database tier,do we need to run checkdbpatch.sh script?
OR
can we run it after applying the PSU

I don't think that DB PSU and Apps Tier AD/TXK have a dependency.
So you can apply them in any order.
However; I recommend applying the DB PSU first.
Having in the latest PSU for DB is always good for Tech Stack activities.
