we have been posting regarding the below files but didnt get any clear updates.hope you will clear this for us.
what exactly the files are moveplan.xml and nodeinfo.txt.when and how they are used.can you elaborate?

moveplan.xml is related with FMW (EBS 12.2 relies on FMW). It is a move plan
It is a configuration file for moving your environment (for example replicating a test environment to a production environment) .. The target env is built according the properties defined in move plan.

node_info.txt is a info file, which is read by some of apps utilities.

For example txkFNDWRR.pl reads the node_info.txt and set the env variables accordingly. Using the $OA_HTML environment variable, txkFNDWRR.pl executes the FNDWRR, which in turn makes the conc log or out be displayed in browser screens.
