oracle ebs R12 password policy

Dear Ermaan,

We are trying to implement new password policy in ebs r12.1.3 my management wants to implement following policy.

a)  Password length 8 character

b) Password  should be expire 90 days and user should change the password every 90 days.

Kindly confirm me what profile options we used to implement here...Give me a metalink note or best solution.
