oracle 12c listener issue

Hello Arslan,

I installed oracle 12c 12.2.0 version on my laptop window 7

after installation the listener is not starting it give error and also listener is not showing on window services

i attached screen short with this message,




Kindly guide me why listener is not starting

From the Start Menu, navigate to Command Prompt, right click on it, and select "Run As Administrator".  The listener should start in this window.
