internal gateway 500 error

Helo,

when trying to access log in page on ebsr12.1 after cloning, I am getting the error

500 Internal Server Error

Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response. Please consult the application log for details.

I ram autoconfig and restarted application and database, still same issue.

If this document does not solve your problem, check the logs..
Check the application.log/oacore and web server logs

The solution on the metalink id is not working. It is an AIX machine.

It is a 12.1 instance. I checked the firewall status:
lslpp -l | grep -i ipsec
 bos.msg.en_US.net.ipsec    6.1.3.0  COMMITTED  IP Security Messages - U.S.

I do not see the Apache log files
$INST_TOP/logs/10.1.3/Apache/

check the oacore log files.. application.log especially.
