import_error

Hello Arslan,

while i import dumpfile which i took from other department mean i don;t know about his database

version and OS so i started to import dumpfile it give errorr like

please guide me

Probably, it is because of the version.

Fact:
DataPump import cannot read dump file sets created by a database version that is newer than the current database version, unless those dump file sets were created with the version parameter set to the version of the target database.
