deactivating concurrent manager

Roshan
Hello,

I have some POs which are in pending state. I have deactivated Internal Concurrent manager. The status is still Deactivating.

The concurrent manager PO Document Approval Manager is also in state 'Deactivating'

Can you please suggest what's the issue?

I have killed all FNDLIBR processes.

Thanks

For a quick solution and try, ensure no conc manager process is running, run cmclean.sql and then start the conc managers back again.

Hi,

it's o.k now. I killed all FNDLIBR processes and ran ccleaner.

Thanks,
Roshan
