In Creating a Custom Application in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1577707.1) ,its not mentioned anywhere to bring down or bounce application services during or after custom top creation.Is this a non downtime activity?
The reason to my question was at the end of adsplice it will run autoconfig and i think for this services needs to be down
You will restart the application services after running adsplice.
It is written in the documentation.
