cloning error

Hello All
I'm facing problem with my oracle ebs.

"In January, I changed the APPS and APPLSYS passwords in Oracle EBS Production (PRD), and everything worked fine on the production server. However, when I cloned the production environment using a manual cold backup, I consistently encountered the following error when trying to access Oracle EBS forms:
'Cannot complete application logon. You may have entered an invalid application password or there may have been a database connect error.'



when i click ok

this come login page


and if i type user and passwd

this error coming "app-fnd-01496 cannot access application oracle password
cause application object library wan unable access your oracle password"



this happening after in January i change password apps , if I'm restore from backup before i change password everything ok

Maybe anyone can help me for this issue, because i already follow step on internet but still not give me solution

How did you change the APPS passwrod? Did you follow the correct document(s) and change it properly? Did you use alter command for changing these passwords? If so that's wrong..

APP-FND-01496 seems like closely related with the APPS password. change it again in the problematic environment and you ll be ok. FNDCPASS Troubleshooting Guide For Login and Changing Applications Passwords (Doc ID 1306938.1)
