cannot configure / start Workflow Mailer

Hi,
On 11.5.10.2 DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX

cannot configure /start Workflow Mailer
with the following message:

Reply-To Address [e-mail]
The email address is not valid.

But we can receive the e-mail using send mail :
$ echo "This is a test mail "|mail -v -s "this is the subject"
sent from another server.

Is the email address tht you use for that reply-to address valid?
If it is valid (formatted correctly)

1)clear your browser cache, repopen your browser and try
2)If the issue persist, try it with another browser
3)If the issue persist, clear the functional cache(in EBS -- by taking approval from your func admins first)), clear the browser cache, reopen the browser and retry.
