thanks. I did it. on browser it still displays blank. I think the FNDWR.exe has an issue when the apache server. When I did the cloning we had that issue of apache.

Seems like Fndwrr.exe issue. Do you see any errors on Apache logs?

Hi: I've same issue. When I change the profile it works becuase its not using FNDWRR in that case. But when I try to copy file same issue. I've a SR with Oracle from last 3 months and they are not able to fix it even.

so , where do you stand with the issue ? Did Oracle Support able to conclude the root cause of the problem?

I recently encountered this issue on a new EBS 12.2 implementation.
The server name(hostname) of the server was written with Capital letters.
Although hostname with Capital letters is not supported with EBS, the installation was done that way.
As a result , the hostnames in $EBS_APPS_DEPLOYMENT_DIR/oacore/APP-INF/node_info.txt file were written in Capital letters and that was the cause of the issue.

As for the solution, we modified the node_info.txt file and updated the lines which were including the hostname and make them be in lower-case letters.

Did you try applying the following patch and then retesting the issue?

my oracle linux is 7.9

this is so strange when i did auto config reports are shown in browser for days then the issue is back

So that patch won't work for you.
Your problem is different probably.
