adop prepare phase stuck after applying 12.2.10 RUP.

the end of the adop  logfile showing like this

Check the database (performance + logs / alert log for instance , invalid objects and so on) and sessions (adop session especially)..
It seems adop is doing seed table actions, so it may be waiting for some resource in the database layer..

alert log is not showing any errors and there are only 15 invalids under apps schema

What are those invalids?
What about sessions?
