XML issues in oracle ebs R12,

Hello Erman,

I am facing issues with POXML in ebs r12.1.3. Here is what is am getting the error.


'ORA-00904: "STYLE_NAME": invalid identifier - ECX_UTILS.LOAD_OBJECTS'. For further details, see the log corresponding to FND-Logging AFLOG MODULE Name: 'ecx.plsql.OAG.out.PO.PRO.430023:7:0:104.81177.log

Can you please help me on this.  this is the issue we are facing we did apply the patches mentioned in Doc ID 2621221.1 and Doc ID 2057182.1..

Tried multiple things which oracle support suggested but no luck.

Yes,

I did followed 2444370.1 and applied the patches mentioned in it . But no luck.

Did you recreated custom maps from latest EBS standard map?
The solution given as follow -> To resolve the issue, custom maps should be recreated from latest EBS standard map...  This is caused by a custom map containing "STYLE_NAME" ..
That note I sent you is already for STYLE_NAME": Invalid Identifier'' **Error Persists Even After Patch Application*** so, the solution is not the patches documented in 244370.1.. You should recreate the custom maps from the latest EBS standart map.

I tried searching on google for regenerating the custom maps, but didn't find any .

This is not actually our work.. I mean it is not an APPS DBA work to play with those custom mappings..
But, I think these custom maps are related with Oracle XML gateway.. So these are probably XML Gateway maps.. The ones stored in custom map definition files (*.xgm)

So you should recreate the custom map to make them align with the latest changes.. I think you should use EBS Standar map as a reference for making the changes in the custom ones.. You use "Message Designer" GUI wizard for making the customizations in this context.

Once the custom maps are ready,  you use "LoadMap utility" to load the contents of the XML Gateway Map *.xgm file...

This is what I think.. Crosscheck with your developers. Talk with your them in this context and build the action plan.

ECX_OXTA_INVALID_CACERT -> Failed to open the certificate file/failed to read certificate from the file.

You have either a config problem or a missing certificate problem.. -- check the oc4j.properties as well..

Instead of oracle wallet  i am using truststore and keystore , which is part of the TLS configuration. Do i need to avoid the keystore and use oracle wallet instead.

Did you consider the following line ? -> Oracle XML Gateway - For Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 patching requirements, refer to Document 1961140.1, Configuring Oracle XML Gateway for SSL/TLS Authentication in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1. In addition, apply Patch 22922530:R12.ECX.B.

Yes i did that as part of TLS configuration and applied the patches too.

I think you are missing some actions documented in note 1961140.1.

Ensure your certificates are signed and placed correctly . Ensure you updated the necessary things (+ run autoconfig and made it do the actual changes) in EBS to make it look the correct path for the keystore. Ensure you applied all the required patches documented in that note..

I did fix the invalid cacert file error. The mistake i did was i was using $OA_JRE_TOP env variable in the context file , i replaced it with the absolute path and that fixed the issue.  


Now , the new issue is that i am unable to see an outbound transaction which i made after i fixed the issue. I can see all the transaction in the workflow administrator--> transaction monitor--> outbound search,  prior or the data on which i fixed the issue. the requisatiion or the transaction which i made after the fix i am unable to see it.

I fixed the issue on 17-jul-2021 , i can see all the transaction in outbound search. the transaction which is made after 17-aug-2021 i am unable to see it.


Please help/guide me to find a fix for this.
