Bytheway, fortuneatly, your system is not in Turkey's timezone . Most of my customers are in Turkey and Turkey changes the DST rules once in every year :), which means patching patching & patching...
thanks for writing your resolution to here. It may be benefitical to others.
Also, according to the following document: Client Timezone can be overruled on User or another level, either by setting manully or via Homepage -> Preferences -> Regional -> Timezone
If not doing so;
To have OAM display time in in the correct Time zone set the following values for profiles:
Client Timezone : <set this to the preferred timezone> Server Timezone : <set this to the timezone of the server running the database> Enable Timezone Conversions : Yes
