Hi erman,
i want to upgrade oracle database 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 in my TEST instance and follow your instruction on your blog http://ermanarslan.blogspot.co.id/2016/11/rdbms-upgrading-single-instance-oracle.html
unfortunately, the screenshot you put in there's crash. i was unable to do so :)

Unfortuneatly, there is a problem with the images in google..
I m trying recover them.. We will see.. It may take time..

From now on i will waiting for your recovery images :) and try to upgrade database using your step.

first of all, i want to ask "is there any different step upgrade database 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 between linux and solaris? your example from your blog is using linux but my OS is solaris.
second one, How about the data? did they need special treatment?

The main action plan is the same, but there are OS specific actions ofcourse.

Please start with the readme of 11.2.0.4.. (Solaris readme)
It is a patch and it has a readme associated with it.

Patch 13390677: 11.2.0.4.0 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER
