Updating supplier throws error

Hello Erman,


When attempting to update a supplier, the following error occurs.

ERROR:  Failed to update party: TCA: Return Status:E: Error : This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.

Can you please what could be the issue?

Does this require patch?

it seems like a bug, as documented in the note that I sent you.
Read that note, do the revelant checking.. If your situation is the same as the situation explained in the document, then consider applying the patch 14154715:R12.POS.B.
