This is an abandoned/lagging node. Services cannot be started up on this node.

While running one of our DmZ Nodes patch has failed and it also got abandoned.
We followed Oracle Action plan to ,

1. Delete the Node From Topology
2. Run FS_CLONE
3. Add the node again.
As per How to Restore An Abandoned Node in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1677498.1)

All of these above was successful. But after 3 when we trying to start the services on added node it again fails with,

adstrtall.sh
This is an abandoned/lagging node. Services cannot be started up on this node.

We have done it multiple times but same result. This was working before and post abandon its giving this error.

Fixed after manually updated AD_ADOP_SESSIONS for probalmetic node.
