facing the error when add 2 responsibility in SYSADMIN

i have follow Run the concurrent program "Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation" with  parameters option: 100000, Yes, Yes, No
bounce apps

but still the issue

Run Synchronize WF LOCAL Tables concurrent program
and be sure that your workflow services are running

Also check that;

these responsibilities may be already included in SYSADMIN. Check that two, as these errors may be  occurring because the responsibility is being added twice.
