Rapidwiz failed at 12% during installation of EBS 12.2

I was trying  to install Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.0 but getting this error at 12%

Unable to rename database

    RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error:   1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process.  Check log file for details.
Running Database Install Driver for ORCL instance

This may be related with stage area.. Stage are not being proper..

Please review the following notes in this context;

I resolved the issue of staging area validation.

Further proceeding with the installation, I got an error at 38% that:

      Cannot install Web Tier Utilities

      RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
 
      RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.

      Running APPL_TOP Install Driver for ORCL instance


I followed Doc Id 2091880.1 to Clean Up a Rapid Install Failure and Restart a Fresh Install

But still getting this error.

For that %38 -> "Create an Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 stage directory, then copy only the zip files you downloaded from Oracle E-Delivery Portal specified in sections A through E below to your stage directory. Important: There should not be any additional zip files present in stage area apart from those listed below. Addition files will result in installation hang at 38%."

The MOS Note is clear Rabia..

It says : "There should not be any additional zip files present in stage area apart from those listed below. Addition files will result in installation hang at 38%."

That list already in the NOTE, below that line.

What kind of guidance you need?

Just follow the note, line by line.
