RAC on node

Hi Erman,

there is a 2 node cluster connected with ASM configuration 12c. OS is Red Hat Linux

On first node, oracle instance was shutdown. I started it. Listener cannot be started

Grid12c>srvctl start scan_listener
PRCR-1068 : Failed to query resources
CRS-0184 : Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.

Please advise

Check the CRS daemon, is it running?
