other Managed Servers running in both the run environment and the patch environment. That is, if you
have your oacore_server1 listening on 7201, it means it will listen on 7202 after you make the cutover while
applying a patch. So, in such an environment, if you want to add a new oacore server named oacore_server2,
you must not configure it to listen on these ports. However, you can configure the new oracore server to
listen on port 7203 for this environment, as this port is not used by the run edition or patch edition at all.
