It is possible to change the UNDO TBS in EBS R12 without downtime?

What do you want to do exactly? Renaming the undo tablespace ? Or using a completely different undo tablespace?

When trying to cleanup adop section im getting this erorr

[applmgr@icic patch]$ adop phase=cleanup

Enter the WLSADMIN password:

Hi Erman,

I'd like to move the datafiles to another location/disk.

So instead of using the old tablespace which is APPS_UNDOTS1, can i just create a new tbs named APPS_UNDOTS2 located on a different location?

Yes, you can do it without downtime.
This is a standard DB operation, it does not depend on EBS.
