Physical standby setup for EBS 12.2.6

Raja
Hi Erman

Hope you are doing good. I have currently trying to setup physical  standby setup for EBS 12.2.6.

primary-Consists of single DB instance and application instance in same node.
Standby-Same configurations

I have already configured the physical standby database. Now comes my doubt:
The document Business Continuity for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Oracle 12c (12.1.0.2) Physical Standby Database (Doc ID 1963472.1) section 5.1.1, step 8- before running autoconfig, i need to create a new context file(copying appsutil.zip and using adbldxml blah blah), correct?

And to configure the standby application tier, since i am on  AD-TXK Delta 7, i can use adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs option, correct?

Do you also point out any good step by step document ready for this activity?

1Yes. You need to create the db tier context file before running autoconfig there...
2)Yes. as said:  "In AD-TXK Delta 7, we recommend you clone the Application tier run and patch file systems in a single operation, using the 'dualfs' option."
3)This documents are updated frequently. The instructions on my document was written in a point of time and it was written for a specific system. (for a specific EBS release so on). So I recommend you to follow -> "Business Continuity for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Oracle 12c (12.1.0.2) Physical Standby Database (Doc ID 1963472.1)" You are already doing that anyways :)
