PO output For Communication error

Hi,

when a user is sending a PO, we call it blanket, he gets the error shown in the picture attached.

whenever user Vishal R submits a Blanket Agreement for approval after any modif, he gets zip error etc... (see notification status in copy)

Blanket status remain submit and doesn't reach the approver; this was notified last time.

Same happened with POs.

This is all information the user has given me.

There is an issue with the command. It is giving me error:
