Oracle replicate problem

Source
window 2003
oracle 11g

Destination
linux
oracle 12c
-------------
Source server is  production oracle 11g os is 2003

destination server is OS  linux and db is oracle 12c

i want to replicate 5 tables from Oracle 11g to Linux Oracle 12

so does oracle 11g stream replication support the above environment ?

kindly guide me which tools or method should i use to compare both server data

on both server DML will be accord

Oracle Streams is deprecated in Oracle Database 12c and may be desupported and unavailable in a later Oracle Database release. Use Oracle GoldenGate to replace all replication features of Oracle Streams.
