Hi Emran,
My company just purchase ODA X6-2HA and they want to migrate the current EBS 12.2.5 with db version 12c and another EBS with 12.2.4 with 11.2.0.3 with this ODA machine with RAC enable In my Current environment RAC is not enabled and if possible create one clone for both EBS so can you please tell how we can go for it.

These are already documented things..
You will install ODA , install the software (GRID + RDBMS) on it.
Then, do your migration with a chose method.
The method will change according to your env and your choice.

Please enumarete your questions, so I can understand them better and answer you more clearly.
Also give me the details like ODA is a virtualized one? or is it a bare metal env?
Do you want to plan EBS 's app tier to this ODA Machine as well?
What is your source platform ?(Linux ? version?)
etc..

My current env is OEL 6.5 having db version 11.2.0.3 without asm and one node for application having version 12.2.4
and another production instance having version 12c db and application 12.2.5
and they want these two production instance on ODA with rac enable and application on vm on oda box so how can we proceed because somebody told me that oda is not support for 11.2.0.3 version is there any site to learn oda
