I am following this document "Interoperability Notes Oracle EBS 12.2 with Oracle Database 12c Release 1 (Doc ID 1926201.1)" for 12C (12.1.0.2) upgrade of EBS R12.2.4 version i am bit confuse for section "
7 Apply additional 12.1.0.2 RDBMS patches
Apply the required 12.1.0.2 Database patches listed in Document 1594274.1 on My Oracle Support for your platform. Do not run any of the post install instructions as those will be done after the upgrade. "
under that document do we need to follow the complete Document including applying all the patches?
