Frame issue in EBS 12.2.5

Hi Erman,

I have installed new 12.2.5 instance and the installation is successful. When i login with sysadmin the next screen shows as attached in the image. I use IE 11. I have followed all recommanded settings change for IE 11 that mentioned in the note ID 389422.1 but still the display issue exists in my 12.2.5 application.

1)Did you apply the patches documented for IE 11?

IE 11 Prerequisite Patch Requirements (Required)

To use IE11 with Oracle E-Business Suite 12, apply the following General patches (or later) including any further prerequisite patch requirements as stated in the patch readme files as applicable to your EBS release. Other product patches listed below will also be required if you use those particular products.

2)Can you see the EBS pages correctly without any issue if you enable IE's compatability mode?

3)Tell me all the checks that you have done one by one (as documented in 389422.1)

Hi Erman,

Yes I have applied all the IE11 recommended patches that i attached in the screenshot but still the issue persists.

Secondly if i enable IE's compatability mode the EBS pages are not displaying properly. The frame issue is not happening when i tried on IE10 and Mozilla firefox 38 version. This frame alignment issue is only happening in IE11.Here my clients only prefers IE11 so this issue needs to be fixed soon.

As per note 389422.1 I have done all the checks and modifications relates to IE11 and still the issue appearing.

Please provide me fix/workaround for this issue.
