Hello Erman,

I am getting an error for a form "FRM 40735: On insert trigger  raised unhandled exception ora01400"

Form Application : Human Resources
Form Name : PERWSVAC
Form Path : /u03/oracle/UAT/apps/apps_st/appl/per/12.0.0/forms/US/PERWSVAC.fmx
Form Version : 12.0.6.12010000.5

I have recompiled the form using adadmin.

Still the issue persists.
