Hi Erman,

We want to change our time zone to utc +03.when we open OEM we are seeing EET but the time is correct after tzupdater patch.

We are using Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c,we also upgrade our tzdata rpms .
But our enterprise manager still running on EET and time was wrong.But we installed tzdata with tzupdater.After that now time is correct but still the timezone is wrong and also when we run a job or backup etc on OEM time is wrong
for example;
Lets say Time is currently 10:00 and When we run a job for 10:02 ,we are seeing that it will began 10:02 at schedule jobs panel.But as we see it dont run at 10:02,it begans to run 11:02

Hi,

This Turkey DST document will help you. (Turkey also uses UTC+3)
Check the following document out. It will instruct you to apply 2 patches to Oracle home of the EM repository database. So ensure, those patches are applied.

Ty for your quick reply.
When i check the document , i am seeing this document is for "Enterprise Manager Base Platform - Version 12.1.0.5.0 and later"
Our version is 12.1.0.4.0 , does it matter?

The patches given in that document are Oracle Home patches.
So, it is applicable for your release of EM as well. At least, it is a good try .(the patches are for fixing bugs anyways.)

Our repository database version is 11.2.0.3.0 because of that i can apply Patch 24701882: OJVM - DSTV28 UPDATE OCT 2016 - TZDATA2016G
 
but

i didnt see 11.2.0.3.0 version  for  Patch 24701840: RDBMS - DSTV28 UPDATE OCT 2016 - TZDATA2016G

Apply Patch 24701882: OJVM - DSTV28 UPDATE OCT 2016 - TZDATA2016G , and retry.

If your issue persists,

Upgrade your Repository db to 11.2.0.4 and apply  Patch 24701840: RDBMS - DSTV28 UPDATE OCT 2016 - TZDATA2016G.

or 

Open an SR and request to get 11.2.0.3 version of Patch 24701840: RDBMS

Note that, 11.2.0.3 is no longer considered an up-to-date version for the RDBMS.
