Can we disable java object cache in R12.2?

Dear Erman,

Is it possible to disable JOC in R12.2?

In R12.1.3,One can disable the use of the Distributed JVM cache by changing the line in $ORA_CONFIG_HOME/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/config/oc4j.properties that says LONG_RUNNING_JVM=true to LONG_RUNNING_JVM=false.

Yes you can.

The documentations for EBS 12.2 says :"You can disable the JOC by setting a low MAX AGE (timeout) for the cache"
