Apps nodes stopped responsing - stuck threads

Dear Erman,

Our version R12.2.5
2 node apps tier and 2 node db tier

We had a situation where apps nodes stopped responding to user requests.We could see many stuck threads in output file.From our analysis,we found might be some problem with StopPaymentResolveCO.java:190.But really we are not experts and seeking ur help.

Please provide your observations.

Also, run FND_LOGIN_ANALYZER per Note E-Business Suite Applications Login Analyzer (Doc ID 2319360.1) and apply any missing patch with a known fix..
