Adop -status is below : What action i can perform

I want to apply new patch to R12.2.5 ebs application system
When I ran adop -status below is current status.
I am bit confuse should i go ahead with patch or do i need to go for fsclone

I guess you forgot to copy paste the output of "adop -status" .

I see you executed prepare phase.
The output that you sent, tells that. only that.
So go ahaed and apply the patch.
Why do you ask for fs_clone?
