12.2 adop -status -deatils showing only one node information.

HI Erman,

i have 2 node shared file system in EBS.

node 1 : Having DB , CM
node 2 : All other web services  ,

we upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 , later i have added secondary node which has only Concurrent service . by following Doc ID 1383621.1. Could u please help what went wrong.

sorry for incomplete information...i missed half of the part while copy paste.

My prepare phase is failing i m not able to identify the issue all logs seems to be clear.

bash-4.2$ adopscanlog -latest=yes
